Continuously improving the patient journey

The redesign of health care processes & systems is now a primary focus for healthcare providers across Australasia. As we continue to face the challenge of responding to rising demands placed on health care services we are becoming increasingly aware that building bigger hospitals is not the solution.

The Australasian Redesigning Health Care Summit is now renowned as the premier annual event for healthcare redesign learning, sharing & networking with more than 500 delegates attending last years summit in Sydney.

The Australasian Lean Healthcare Network is pleased to announce that the 2008 Redesigning Health Care Summit will be held in Melbourne where many examples of excellent patient journey redesign have been implemented.

The 4th Australasian Redesigning Health Care Summit brings together decision makers, clinicians, & managers from around the globe who are concerned with continuously improving the patient journey.
